To expand the site and create more facilities for guests, my brother and I have built 3 new mews cottages at the rear of Rutland Lodge.  The two nearest ones on the left are off the main rear terrace, so you can be all together as a party but also have your own space when you want. The third one on the far right is now where we are moving into freeing up Clevehurst Cottage and its lovely garden.

The layout is very simple, on the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a shower room in the middle and a cozy sitting room. Upstairs to the left and right are one double + one twin bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle. Due to using the loft space there is space for a full single bed on the landing area.

The whirlpool is located outside Wellswood (on the far left), so if you've young children going to bed earlier, Babbacombe Mews in the middle or Clevehurst Cottage would be better suited.
