The other  2 properties are the new mews cottages at the rear of Rutland, which have a living room, separate kitchen (dishwasher, washer/drier), 2 double/twin bedrooms, a bathroom plus a shower room on the ground floor.

 

Rutland Lodge and the cottages are designed for entertaining and socialising whilst allowing guests to retreat into their own private areas. The main dining room can seat 24 people, making meals together an easy occasion; especially with two kitchens close by. Outside on the terrace there is seating for 30 allowing al fresco dining in the lovely late summer evenings.
